The first track pack included songs from Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn, Dierks Bentley, the Dixie Chicks, and Miranda Lambert. With so much success, it’s only a matter of time before we see Rock Band: Country Edition.

Much like President Obama uses his BlackBerry, Sugarland’s beautiful songstress Jennifer Nettles used hers (see #25) to tell Us Weekly 25 random facts about herself, complete with typos (#15), references to The Simpsons (#21), and sexually tantalizing dreams (#7). Here are some of our favorites, but check out Universal Music Nashville for the rest.
2. I broke my left ring finger jumping off a riser at the end of one of my shows two years ago.
7. I have a fantasy dream of taking a love slave to Spain, having a kid there and learning to cook delicious food there for a time (…)
15. I replaces my dishwasher with a wine refrigerator. Priorities, people!
17. I have a coffee table that I had made out of an old pinball machine top.
23. I have a new obsession with feathers. I want to collect them.

Taylor Swift cares about her hearing, because as a recording artist, “she needs to hear every note clearly,” but the ability to hear is not something anyone should take lightly. “Listen responsibly,” she tells her fans in a video recorded for the better hearing foundation, Sound Matters, or you will “lose the music.”
Hearing damage can be prevented. Visit Sound Matters for tips.
They are short, but there are quite a few of them. Brad Paisley is teasing his fans (and creating quite a buzz) by posting on his website, “bits and pieces” of songs his band has been recording in the past few weeks.
The clips don’t have Paisley’s voice, he calls them “bare bones,” but promises to post more in the near future. That is, as long as he doesn’t “get in trouble with the label.”
“White Horse,” Taylor Swift’s second single from Fearless, is rapidly climbing the country singles charts, but its video has made an even bigger splash, becoming the first video ever to debut at No. 1 on CMT’s Top 20 Countdown.
This exciting news is just the icing on the cake, as Swift, our True Country Artist of the Year, has dominated Billboard’s charts, most notably with Fearless setting an all-time record for country album sales by a female during its eight week reign.
