Multi-talented Chris Isaak will be hosting and performing at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s All for the Hall Los Angeles benefit at Club Nokia on Thursday, October 1st.

Issak will emcee the one-of-a-kind musical evening, the centerpiece of which will be a “guitar pull” featuring Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, Dwight Yoakam and Melissa Etheridge.

Vince Gill and Emmylou Harris will also be performing Wednesday 9/30 (TONIGHT) on the Jay Leno Show on NBC to promote the benefit.

And just FYI… guitar pull originated in the Nashville homes of songwriters who wanted to try out new compositions as they take turns playing and swapping songs and stories.

Miranda Lambert is working hard to promote her new album “Revolution” by appearing on a variety of TV shows.

She’ll appear on Good Morning America and the Late Show With David Letterman on Tuesday (TONIGHT), followed by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on Thursday (Oct. 1st), The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Oct. 5th and the Bonnie Hunt Show on Oct. 7th.

Jack Ingram is releasing his new single “Seeing Stars” to the country radio this week. The song was written by Ingram and Chris Tomkins.

The song also features guest vocals by Patty Griffin and is included on Ingram’s new album “Big Dreams & High Hopes.”

Ingram will also be performing on the Late Show with Craig Ferguson on Oct 5th.

Big & Rich are set to release their first Greatest Hits CD and DVD, “Big & Rich: Greatest Hits” on Tuesday (9/29).

The CD will include 15 of their hits and fan-favorites songs including the never released “The Man I Am Right Now.” The DVD will include the duo’s music videos.

Swift grabbed the No.1 spot with her single, “You Belong With Me,” which had already hit the top country charts. Her previous No.1 on the top 40 radio was “Love Story.”

Jewel is very thankful that her stalker has been arrested.

Michael Kozolka, the man accused of stalking Jewel at the ranch she shares with  her husband Ty Murray on Sept 14th, was found at her ranch again with a knife after he had been warned to not return. Kozelka is being charged with felony stalking, and if he is convicted of the third-degree felony, he could face up to 10 years in prison.

We hope he gets locked up. We don’t need anymore crazy people out there.

Carrie Underwood is celebrating the digital release of her new single “Cowboy Casanova,” which is the fastest rising chart single of Underwood’s career.

Billboard Magazine calls Underwood’s new single “taut and packs a punch in all the right places.”  The song was written by Underwood in collaboration with Brett Jame and Mike Elizondo.  The digital single is now available on iTunes as well as other online retailers. The album is set to release on Nov. 3rd.
